Weatherhead Distributor Only Area
The Weatherhead Distributor Only Area access is now controlled though
the new Eaton Customer Connect portal.
Click the graphic below to access Customer
Connect.
You will be prompted for your user name and password. After logging
in, a list of portal channels that you have access to will appear. These
channels are how you will link to the Weatherhead Distributor area, along
with any other Distributor sites that you may have access to in the future.
Once you are logged in, please take a moment
to make sure that your user profile is complete. You can view and
update your user profile by selecting "Enter Passkey" under
the Passkey Channel on the main Customer Connect page. Your user
profile will need to complete for us to offer you future services
through the Eaton Customer Connect portal.

Log-in
Issues:
You should be able to use the same user name and password that
you used with the old Boston Distributor site. Due to a minimum
password length requirement of 8 characters, the passwords of some
of the existing Boston site users had to be changed.
If you are unable to log in, need to
setup a new account, or have any other problems accessing the
site or Distributor Channel, please
