Transfer Hose The Synflex® brand consists of a broad range of transfer hoses:
Synflex® 34BA hose is designed as a clean, non-contaminating hose for breathing air applications. The bright yellow safety color and lightweight kink-resistant design are added benefits.
Synflex® Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Hoses are AGA approved and listed. They are designed for CNG transfer or refueling dispensers. The hoses are engineered to dissipate static electricity and provide low volumetric expansion. Synflex® 35NG hoses are available only as completed assemblies through the factory or Synflex authorized assemblers. General Purpose Air and Water Hose: 3630 Synflex® 3630 hose is a low-pressure hose for general in-plant air and water service. It is used in air power tools, sand blasting (for air supply only), pneumatic motion control and industrial supply lines. It features a PVC core tube, synthetic fiber reinforcement, and a PVC cover. Synflex® 34PW Pure Water Hose is designed for pure water use, deionized water, distilled water, potable water, food products, power plant condensate, and electrical equipment cooling water. It features a polyolefin core tube, synthetic fiber reinforcement, and a polyurethane cover. Synflex® 34PW hose is an ultra-clean thermoplastic hose designed specifically for conveying deionized water without adding undesirable contamination. The core tube is constructed of special polymers that are free of plasticizers, preventing moisture transmission and extraction of contaminates. Synflex® 34WH hose is NSF 51 and 61 rated, it is extremely flexible and can be used in applications up to 200°F and 150 PSI. Synflex® 34WH is suitable for transport of potable water as well as dispensing of hot water and detergent mixes. Successful applications of Synflex® 34WH include wash-down equipment used in various processing industries, commercial cleaning equipment, soaps and detergent dispensing systems. The hose is available in multiple colors and sizes. Synflex® 34CU is designed for the dispensing and transfer of various solvents and chemicals. Major applications include: two part foam dispensing equipment and water treatment operations (chlorines, bromines, others). The hose stays flexible in a wide temperature range: -40°F to 212°F (-40°C to 100°C) and can be reinforced to operate at very high pressures (4,000 PSI). Traditionally, the choice of materials to convey chemicals was stainless steel or Teflon® hoses. These expensive conduits can now be replaced with a more affordable option, Synflex® 34CU.
