The Synflex® brand offers a broad range of specialty hoses to offer solutions for numerous specialty applications, including paint spraying, gas analyzing, weed spraying and carpet cleaning.
Moisture Barrier Hose: 3440
Synflex® 3440 Moisture-Lok Hose is designed for conveying urethane foam components. It contains a polyolefin core, synthetic fiber reinforcement and a polyurethane cover. The core is semi-transparent, and is designed for low moisture transmission
Grease Lubrication Hoses: 31GW, 32GW, 33GW, 34GW
Synflex® Grease Whip Hoses are designed for use in hand-held grease guns and central lubricating systems.
Synflex® 31GW features a nylon core tube, synthetic fiber reinforcement and a polyurethane cover.Synflex® 31GW can be used at high pressures, up to 6,000 PSI. This grease lubrication hose can be used in application temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C) and up to 150°F (66°C).
The Synflex® Grease Lubrication Product Line includes other three hoses: 32GW, 33GW and 34GW, currently manufactured only in Europe. 32GW and 34GW have similar constructions with 31GW and can be used with petroleum or synthetic base hydraulic fluids within a temperature range of –4°F (-20°C) to 104°F (40°C). Working pressures are 5,800 PSI/ 400 bar for 32GW respectively 3,480 PSI/ 240 bar for 34GW. 33GW has a polyurethane cover and Hytrel core tube. Recommended working pressure is 4,750 PSI / 325 bar for a temperature range of -30°C to 80°C.

Synflex® paint spray products are designed for paint equipment manufacturers.
Electrically Conductive Paint Spray Hose
The 3420 and 3490 series are electrically conductive to dissipate static electricity and designed with greater volumetric expansion to cut the number of pump cycles and extend pump life. This design also allows for excellent flexibility, kink resistance and superior handling. Other features include a bonded urethane jacket for long jacket life and an integral, conductive polymeric layer to ensure safe grounding. The nylon core tube is compatible with most paints, coatings, and solvents.

Paint Spray Tubing
The 4202 series paint spray tubing is a flexible, light weight, single wall translucent nylon tube product that is ideal for handling a variety of paints, coating materials and solvents in low pressure air-operated paint spray systems. It is available in 5 sizes; 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16"and 3/8" I.D. and can operate at -40°F to 150° F (-40° C to 66° C).
The 4401 series corrosion resistant brass and aluminum fittings are designed to work with this tubing series and come in a selection of commonly used end connections.

Horticultural Spray Tubing: 4233
Synflex® 4233 tubing is designed for weed spray control and horticultural spray applications. It is a smooth nylon core tube designed to be light-weight and resistant to herbicides. Contains three flexible layers for maximum flexibility.
Exhaust Gas Analyser Tubing: 4262
Synflex® 4262 Exhaust Gas Analyzer Tubing is designed for low pressure pneumatics and emissions analysis applications. It features a nylon core which does not absorb hydrocarbon emissions and a special polymer cover that provides good temperature resistance and flexibility, as well as acting as a flame retardant.
